I literally cannot say enough about this company! Hands down the BEST people I have ever hired. They made a nightmare situation an absolute pleasure, and Luis, Brian and Joey felt like family by the end - like I would seriously spend holidays with them! They showed up every day - usually early and left late - and Luis kept me updated the entire time, going way above and beyond to make sure my belongings were safe. They also cleaned up after themselves every day, even when I told them they didn't have to. If you need a restoration company and you don't call them first, you're making a huge mistake. Did I mention they finished sooner than originally quoted? They are truly AMAZING. Thank you for being so incredible!

These guys are excellent! They put us at ease at a very trying time. We had a drain line leak that destroyed our kitchen. They were on the scene quickly, set up dehumidifiers and air filters, and seamlessly worked with our insurance company and adjuster. Royce, Korey and Doug worked with us throughout the process, setting up the daily monitoring times that worked best for our schedule. Everyone was always very professional and courteous.

I worked with Royce from United Water Restoration Group. He explained every step of the process and helped me navigate the best plan for myself and my family. In this time of despair as my house has significant black mold throughout, Korey and Doug were meticulous in identifying area problems which has been making me sick. They were prompt in the scheduled time of their services and professional in the delivery. Both were concerned for my well-being and informed, educated and offered suggested ways to restore my house back to its normal condition. Though this is a trying time in my life with the damage that has been caused, these two efficient men made me feel at ease in the results provided.
